Welded Tubes
SPECITUBES SAS has become the thin-wall tube specialist, with a range of diameter/thickness ratios up to 400. The Nanterre plant (Paris area in France) specializes in the welding and drawing of thin-wall tubes from strip.
- Welded tubes – external diameter: Ø 6 to Ø 200 mm; thickness: 0.15 to 1.7 mm
- Welded and cold-drawn tubes – external diameter: Ø 12 to Ø 200 mm; thickness: 0.1 to 1.3 mm
SPECITUBES SAS Nanterre commonly welds the following materials:
- Stainless steel – Aisi 304, 304L, 309, 316, 316Ti, 321, 347, and ferritic (K44)
- Nickel alloys – Inconel 600, 625
- Titanium T40 (Grade 2)
- Other materials upon request
Tubes welded by SPECITUBES SAS Nanterre are compliant with AMS, ABS, ASNA, NSA, MIL, and DMD standards.
Seamless Tubes
The Samer plant (in northern France) specializes in the manufacture of seamless tubes by processing seamless hollows through cold pilgering or cold drawing. Seamless tubes provide a performing homogeneity of metallurgical, dimensional, and mechanical properties. These tubes are dedicated to extremely severe applications in the aeronautic sector.
- Seamless tubes – external diameter: Ø 2 to Ø 83 mm; thickness: 0.1 to 3.6 mm
SPECITUBES SAS Samer creates seamless hollows with the following materials:
- Stainless steel – Aisi 304, 316, 304L, 321, 347, and Aisi S21904 (welded 21.6.9)
- Nickel alloys
- Titanium T40 (Grade 2), titanium alloys (Grade 9)
- Other materials upon request
