High-strength, high-temperature nickel-based alloys and titanium alloys are used in our tube assemblies for everything from aerospace tubing to medical instrumentation. With high-temperature properties and a strong resistance to corrosion, our tube assemblies are incorporated into the hottest sections of aircraft gas turbine engines, land-based power turbines, and chemical environments. Our titanium and titanium alloy tube assemblies feature a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them a great solution for aerospace applications in which tubing must withstand high pressure and corrosion.

Our annealing furnaces give us the capability to anneal most of our materials in house, helping to reduce overall lead-times. Certified welders operate equipment we’ve designed ourselves to guarantee the precision and integrity of our welded tube and tube assemblies.

With our extensive abilities to cold-pilger or draw and cross-sectionally reduce tubing, we can quickly and efficiently produce welded or seamless tube assemblies with minimal lead times. Our facilities feature cold-pilger and redraw mills that allow us to size and shape tubes to fit specific needs. All of our redraw benches are hydraulically powered, affording us the flexibility necessary to run various diameters and thicknesses.

Our tube assemblies are designed to withstand high air and water pressure, extreme hot and cold temperatures, and corrosive chemicals. They can be custom-engineered to exact specifications, including length, inner and outer diameter, wall thickness, and seam welding.
