Leggett & Platt Aerospace Dunstable designs and manufactures ECS and bleed air ducting systems, providing hermetically sealed flexibility created with high-performance alloys. Our engineering group has over 60 years of experience in designing, testing, and qualifying pneumatic ducting components and systems. We utilize proprietary analysis software to optimize ducting system solutions, in addition to enhancing product definition through stress, modal, thermal, and system dynamics analysis. Our in-house capabilities also provide high-temperature/high-pressure pneumatic and vibration testing. Our facility in Dunstable produces ducting and bellows using advanced methodologies and capabilities:
