Valley Metals, LLC has the reputation for producing the highest-quality welded and redrawn tubing and tubular components available today. We specialize in nickel alloy, titanium, and other alloy materials, as well as stainless steel tubing in non-standard diameters and/or wall thicknesses. Our primary focus is on the production of close-tolerance tubing and difficult specifications. With our “no mill minimum” philosophy, we can work closely with our customers on their R&D projects. Additionally, we are capable of manufacturing large-volume production and managing LTAs delivered on a JIT basis.
We are capable of producing precision tubular components and assemblies in diameters of .060” to 90”+, wall thicknesses from .003” to .500”, and lengths up to 12 feet. We are Nadcap-approved for quality, welding, NDT, and chemical processing, as well as ISO 9001:2015- and AS 9100 Rev. D-certified.
